• Do you ship outside of Canada?
  • It depends on the item.  We do not ship gift baskets, food items or bath and body products to the US due to FDA regulations.
  • We will ship our jewellery supplies and accessories to the US.
  • Weddingstar products ordered through our affiliated wedding store does offer shipping outside of Canada.
     
• How do I pay for my products?
  • PayPal invoices can be issued for secure online payment.
  • Telephone orders can be made with credit card at the time of the order. (Please note that we will request a signed authorization form for telephone orders over $100).
  • Items delivered to downtown offices or picked up in person can be paid for by Mastercard, Visa, Debit, or cash. 
     
• Can I pick up your products directly?
  • In-person pick up of jewellery products may be arranged.  Please ask for details.
     
• Can I order online?
  • We are working on setting up online shopping for our jewellery supplies and accessories.  We expect to have this in place by mid December 2010.
  • We also have an Ebay store where we are currently selling our jewellery supplies.
  • We are in the process of adding our jewellery supply inventory to our Ebay store.   Click on the link to go to our Ebay store.
     
• Can I return an item if I am not satisfied with it?
  • Food items, makeup, & bath & body products cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been opened, however, if there is an issue with the quality of the item, we will  replace or refund as appropriate.  Other items may be returned to us within 10 days of purchase.
